Privacy
Last updated October 2, 2026
The short version: this site collects nothing unless you send us the access form, sets no cookies, and uses analytics that cannot identify you. The rest of this page spells that out.
Who we are
This site is run by Structured Harmony Engine LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This notice covers www.structuredharmonyengine.com and nothing else.
What we collect
The only form on this site is the access request. It asks for your name, email address, company, role, intended use, and a message. We use that information to reply to you and to evaluate the request. Nothing on the form is used for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the services named below.
Reading the site collects no personal information. There is no account to create and no newsletter to join.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It works without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Vercel derives a short-lived hash from your request so it can tell one visit from another for a single day, then discards it. We see totals, not individuals.
Services that handle your information
Two companies process information on our behalf. Each one is bound by its own terms to use it only to provide the service.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the analytics described above. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details in order to serve the pages.
- Web3Forms delivers the access request to our inbox. When you submit the form, its contents go directly from your browser to Web3Forms, which emails them to us. Web3Forms does not keep a copy after delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep an access request for as long as the conversation is active, and for up to twelve months after our last exchange so we can pick it back up if you return. After that it is deleted. If a request leads to an engagement, the information moves into the records for that engagement and is covered by its terms instead.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, the law gives you these rights by name; we honor them for everyone. Send the request through the access form and say that it is a privacy request. We answer within thirty days.
Changes to this notice
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We do not announce edits anywhere else, so check back here if it matters to you.
